Always welcoming staff and lovely small and special place. A great selection of good food. Newly decorated & quiet unit with fridge, Peggy Sues Banana cake alone plus a balcony.

Central location to travel to other points of interest on the island. Friendly staff. Ocean view - beach front room.

The best price and the location was great. The room had upgrades that were superior for this price range.

The location is great, our room was on the ground floor with a little patio and a short walk across a lawn to the beach. There is a wide pedestrian/bike trail along the beach that goes into town or along the shore away from town. The staff was very helpful. They loan beach towels, beach chairs, and ice chests that are very helpful when driving to distant beaches. Every hotel in Hawaii should do that! You can't bring those things with you. The king bed rooms are luxurious with beautiful carved heavy wood bed and furniture, also with a microwave and fridge.

We had a pest problem (came in through an open door during cleaning), but they moved us to an adjacent room.

The location is great, right on the beach and very closed to downtown Kapa'a. Room with ocean view is pretty with a bathtub and a nice balcony.

Room is super small. In the 2 queen bed room there was no space for anything that bed. Staff is ok, not all the people are nice. They also claim 'breakfast included' but it's on a first come first serve basis. So, if you arrive after one hour you won't find much to eat. You can find better accommodations for the price

The oceanfront room had fine views, but parking was quite challenging.

Extremely helpful staff, well positioned to restaurants and shops and right on the beach. rooms always kept very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is small but have always fresh fruit salad , coffee and occasionally yogurt, pastries and hot food. We will definitely come back!

I loved the friendliness and family feel from the staff there. The room view was superb. the location soooo near airport . I loved that it did not feel like a built up resort,very personal and warm.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a quite area not in a busy area of the island. We had a very good experience.

The view was amazing from our lanai. We could watch the sun come up each morning from our very very comfortable bed. The sound of the surf was relaxing. The hosts George & Rhonda were attentive and friendly offering tips to make the stay more enjoyable. The continental breakfast of fresh island fruit and bakery was an added treat. The pool was great with a waterfall and just deep enough. It was always clean & well maintained. There we're bikes for a nominal fee to rent and free use of beach towels & picnic equipment. We would most definitely recommend this lovely retreat.

Great ocean view, but room felt run down with outdated amenities.

We really enjoyed the hotel and its incredibly nice breakfast.

The location was favourable and amazing, and we could reach Swimming Pool by walking. And it was also just next door to Kountry Kitchen restaurant as well as the shoreline. The room was fashionable and newly remodelled, plus the bed was extremely comfy.

When you go in blind and everything was satisfied. Perfect
